I have always disliked exercise. I am prone to suffering from anxiety and have hated every other kind of exercise I have tried. I was unfit, weak, inflexible and everything hurt. I was persuaded into trying a free taster session with The Wellbeing Shed and loved it.
It is the best thing that has happened to me. I invest 2 hours a week in myself, thinking about Pilates and what my body is doing, which makes a surprising difference to my mind. I am stronger, more flexible, more aware and in control of what my body is doing which makes other types of exercise better too.
I love the change in focus in the weekly sessions. Some are really challenging, some are lovely and relaxing. All are fantastic for body and mind.
