Hi! I'm Kelly.

I am a Pilates instructor and personal trainer with a particular interest in women's health and how that can affect exercise and how you feel.

I love helping women overcome their barriers to exercise and realise that movement is essential to keeping the body mobile and it makes you feel great! Seeing people learn to love Pilates and how it makes them feel just fills me with pure joy.
